The Institute is a co–founder of the International Society of Soil Scientists of the countries - Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey and Azerbaijan, a member of the Agrochemecosruzhestvo of the CIS countries, a member of the FAO Global Soil Partnership and the Eurasian Soil Partnership.
The Institute is part of the Global Network of Soil Laboratories GLOSOLAN, which currently includes more than 800 laboratories in more than 150 countries. The purpose of the partnership is to increase the capacity of laboratories and adapt modern methods of soil research
